About Me

Dr. Briana Calcagno-Davi is a licensed psychologist in NY and NJ who is specialized in pediatric neuropsychology with a focus on children, teens and young adults with complex medical and neurodevelopmental disorders. Dr. Calcagno is currently a senior pediatric neuropsychologist at Northwell Health's SIUH where she runs the pediatric division. This includes pediatric outpatient and inpatient consults, as well a specialty clinics, cognitive remediation, and research. She also is an assistant professor for the department of physical medicine/ rehabilitation at the Zucker school of medicine at Hofstra where she supervises neuropsychology fellows, APA accredited interns, and doctoral externs, as well as providing didactics for different residency programs.  Outside of Northwell, Dr. Calcagno is the owner of BCD psychological Services, PLLC which provides neuropsychological assessments, therapy, consultations, and didactics. She is an adjunct professor at the Ferkauf graduate school of psychology's PhD program at Yeshiva University, and supervises students in her private practice. Dr. Calcagno has a passion for educating others, from teaching undergraduate at Kean university and NYU, to providing educational lectures in her community and for different organizations throughout the country. Dr. Calcagno has recently published her first book, has had 7 peer reviewed articles published, and has presented over 35 different posters, workshops and panels at different national and international conferences.  Dr. Calcagno received her PsyD in school and clinical psychology at Kean University, participated in an APA accredited internship at Northwell Health, and completed a two year post-doctoral fellowship in pediatric neuropsychology at NYU. Dr. Calcagno is also currently in process of completing the 3rd part of the ABPP-CN board certification for neuropsychology.
