About Me

I am the director of the Suffolk office at Long Island Neuropsychological Services (LINS). Additionally, I hold an appointment as Adjunct Faculty in the Clinical Psychology Doctoral Program at Adelphi University, Gordan F. Derner School of Psychology. I completed my Ph.D. in Clinical Neuropsychology through the CUNY Graduate Center in 2017. My dissertation examined the cognitive deficits associated with hippocampal NMDAR autoantibodies in lupus patients. During graduate school, I completed practicum training at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Columbia University Medical Center's Comprehensive Epilepsy Center, and the Weill Cornell Medical College/New York Presbyterian, Westchester Division. My APA-accredited internship was in the neuropsychology service at the Henry Ford Health System's hospital in Detroit. During my internship year, I additionally participated in a rotation in the Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus clinic as well as Health Psychology rotations in the Cardiology and Trauma Surgery units. I completed my post-doctoral fellowship at LINS. My professional interests are in clinical work and advocacy (for professionals and clients alike). Clinically, I have performed diagnostic assessments with children and adults in the context of developmental disorders, ADHD, psychiatric illness, concussion/traumatic brain injury, oncology, autoimmune disorders, cardiovascular disease and neurologic disease. I remain active through NYSAN on the CASM committee and BOD, as well as a co-chair of the CE webinar series and was invited to participate in the National Academy of Neuropsychology (NAN) Leadership and Ambassador Development Program (LEAD, 2023-2024).
