Dr. Rhyner is Board Certified in Clinical Neuropsychology through the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP). She earned her B.A. in psychology from William and Mary and her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Kansas in 2016. She completed her internship and 2-year post-doctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology at the Salem VA Medical Center in Virginia. She is licensed as a clinical psychologist in New York and is a member of several local and national neuropsychological organizations including the New York State Association of Neuropsychology, the National Academy of Neuropsychology, and APA’s Society for Clinical Neuropsychology. Dr. Rhyner has served as an outpatient staff neuropsychologist for the Rochester/Canandaigua VA for the past 7 years working with Veterans with complex medical and mental health conditions prior to starting Flower City Psychology. She has extensive experience with assessments for a wide range of adult conditions including dementia, stroke, movement disorders, traumatic brain injury, ADHD, learning disorders, and psychological conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more.
