Personal Statement
Dr. Hess has provided neuropsychological services on Manhattan’s Upper East Side for nineteen years and is dedicated to serving each client personally and promptly. Dr. Hess specializes in determining the educational direction that works best for each student, including the tailoring of learning strategies, accommodations, and school placement. He works with those from preschool through adulthood, with action plans based on individual assessment, consultation, and treatment.
