Psychologists receive a minimum of four years of graduate education, and neuropsychologists an additional two years of post-doctoral training, focused on gaining the knowledge and skills necessary to be an exceptional psychologist. However, prior to utilizing these skills and knowledge, the psychologist must secure a position, which requires a separate skill set. The job interview is one of the necessary and often challenging hurdles that stands in between the neuropsychologist and their dream career. The webinar will provide a forum for neuropsychology trainees and practitioners to ask questions of their peers who have found themselves on the other side of the interview desk. After a brief commentary from the presenters, the floor will be open for questions about and discussion of interviewing for a neuropsychology position.
